B) Digital Files

For digital product purchases, customers may request a review of the purchase within 14 days of download if an issue is found.

    • If there is an issue with the file itself (e.g., incomplete or contains errors), please contact us within 14 days. We may request up to 10 days to resolve the issue.
    • If we cannot resolve the issue, we will refund the cost of the digital file.
  2. Non-Refundable Situations
    Refunds are not available for digital products under the following circumstances:

    • Requests for a refund based on goodwill alone
